Terms of service

These terms apply to everything bought from WhitelabelThemes — snapshots and services alike. Buying a snapshot or starting a service engagement means you accept them.

What you are buying

You are buying a GoHighLevel snapshot (a template of a sub-account) or a done-for-you GoHighLevel service. You are not buying a theme, a template file, a design asset or a software licence for any platform. You supply your own GoHighLevel Agency plan; we do not resell it and we are not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.

Snapshot licence

• You may install a purchased snapshot into unlimited sub-accounts inside your own GoHighLevel agency, modify it freely, rebrand it, and charge your clients whatever you like for the result.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense or distribute the snapshot itself as a product to other agencies, publish its share link, or offer it as part of a snapshot marketplace.
• The licence is perpetual for the version you bought. Version updates are included for twelve months from purchase.

Delivery

Snapshots are delivered as a share link, usually the same working day and always within one business day. Service engagements are delivered to the turnaround stated on the relevant service page, from the point we have everything we asked for at intake.

Refunds

Snapshots are digital products delivered instantly, so they are non-refundable once the share link has been used. If a snapshot fails to import, or an asset is broken on arrival, we will fix it or refund it in full at your choice. Service engagements are refundable pro rata for work not yet started.

Retainers

Fulfilment retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice on either side. Any build already in progress at the point of notice is completed and handed over before the account closes. We do not withhold work, credentials or assets for any reason.

Ownership

Work we build for you inside your GoHighLevel agency belongs to you. Any middleware we configure runs on credentials you own. We retain ownership of the underlying snapshot library and of any general methods, checklists and templates we develop, which are not exclusive to any client.

Confidentiality

We treat your client list, pricing and build details as confidential without needing a separate agreement. We do not publish client names, logos or case studies, and we will not use your engagement as a reference without your written permission.

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining an active GoHighLevel Agency plan with the permissions our work requires.
• Compliance with messaging law in your and your clients' jurisdictions, including consent, opt-out and A2P registration.
• Legal, medical and financial review of any copy in a regulated vertical before it goes live. Our sequences are written conservatively but they are not legal advice.

Liability

We are liable for the work we do. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, for platform outages or policy changes at GoHighLevel or any carrier, or for the commercial results of a campaign. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
